Fauna Focus & WWF Keep Koalas Climbing Host Train

What is Keep Koalas Climbing Host Train?

Throughout the month of December, FaunaFocus will be collaborating with WWF Australia and hosting another 24-hour charity host train in order to keep koalas climbing! WWF Keep Koalas Climbing FaunaFocus will be participating in the WWF Keep Koalas Climbing campaign from December 1st to December 20th, 2020. Donations can be made on the FaunaFocus Tiltify page and all proceeds will benefit the World Wildlife Foundation’s koala-saving endeavors. FaunaFocus Koala Host Train To coincide with the campaign, FaunaFocus will be hosting a 24-Hour Koala Host Train on Twitch. Viewers will be able to watch an entire day’s worth of koala-themed creative livestreaming content. Throughout the day, various artists will be featured, each one hosting the next in a host-train fashion.

This year, you saw the most devastating bushfires in Australian history. Over 3 billion animals were affected, with 1.28 billion killed. Among them were over 6000 koalas. Some of the last remaining koala populations are now gone, forever.

Before the fires, koalas were already clinging to survival. Now, koalas are facing a full-blown extinction crisis. But extinction is not an option. Not today, not ever. And this is where you come in.
